Last seem 6-16-01 on hwy. 21, Bastrop County, TX,
on a 1994 Purple Yamaha Virago, 20 miles South of Austin.

MEDICAL CONDITION OF SEIZURES & MEMORY LOSS
Wearing tan shorts, white shirt, white t-shirt, gray sneakers.
Date of Birth:  4-6-57  (44),
Height: 5ft. 11 inches, 210 lbs.
 Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color: Hazel eyes

Descriptions (birthmark/tattoo's):
Shaved head , about three scars top left side of head.. left ear pierced.
Tattoo right upper arm, banner with two birds one on each side.
Scar from navel to middle of back, from back surgery
Has burn scars below knee, on outside left leg and inside right leg.
NEEDS MEDICAL CARE didn't take medication w/him.

Update: Joseph's motorcycle was located on 03/11/02 in Bastrop, Texas.  Authorities are
searching the area for clues but Joseph's whereabouts still remain unknown.
