Question: Stumbled into your site in error. I noticed you answer to the person asking about homosexuality. My question is: If you are a Christian, why are you quoting old testament laws? It is my understanding that Jesus had one law, "love your neighbor...". It's been a while so I don't remember the exact text but basically he said to forget all of the old laws, this is the new one. As far as the Bible is concerned, Jesus did not say anything about homosexuality. What if the person asking you that question was confused about their own sexuality. All your answer will do is make them more confused. Did you ever wonder why so many young homosexuals commit/attempt suicide. It's because of backward thinking like yours. If it is so evil, why would God allow it to exist. If I create a robot that has the ability to kill, why would I be surprised if one day it did. Should I punish something that was my own creation, or is this some form of a Joke. If God exists then free will cannot. Answer 1/24/03

Question: Could you ever be wrong? i read your answer about the homosexuality question. you basically said that gay's will burn in hell if they do not change their ways. i myself am not gay, and I'm guessing you aren't either, but what gives you the right to say that it's wrong? some people are born with it in them and that's who they are. imagine yourself finding it disgusting to have a sexual partner of the same sex; it is also disgusting to a homosexual to be with the opposite sex. i do not believe God would ever turn anyone away because of their sexual preference, religious preference, or anything else. we are here on earth to live, learn, love and experience. and even to experience the bad and harmful things, because that's what makes our souls the more wiser. if God thought being gay was wrong, he wouldn't have allowed any of us to be gay. if it's who you are then be proud of it. stop reciting the damn bible because it's what's in our hearts and souls, and prayers that we will find the answer, not a book. god doesn't need a book that's been changed over the years to tell us what's right. he can guide us himself, and it's up to us to make the right choice. there is also no devil, or satan or hell. being sent to hell is pointless for God and for us. God is all about love, and it doesn't include hell. if you want hell, it's this world we live in and the pain we create for ourselves. (like preaching homosexuality is wrong, especially to kids) i would love to know what you think after all that I've said, so please e-mail me your response. i just want to know what you think. post it if you want. Question: Hi Susie. I'm pretty much at the end of my rope. I don't know if I want to be a Christian anymore. It's too hard...all the rules. I mess up everyday. I'm not happy and I don't know how to be. It seems like all the bad things happen to me. Yet, I'd feel like such a loser if I abandoned Christ. He's all I've ever known, as far as religion goes. Why can't Christianity have cool aspects and earthly "perks" like some other religions. I'm considering giving Wicca a try, but the belief itself doesn't appeal to me.
