HEAR, O MY LORD

1. Hear, O my Lord, my righteous plea.
Listen my Lord unto my cry.
Give me Your ear, I pray to Thee.
My lips are true, they do not lie.

2. May vindication come from You.
May Your own eyes see what is right.
Test me and find that I am true.
Probe, Lord, my heart; watch me at night.

3. I call on You, O God above.
Give me Your ear and hear my prayer.
Show me the wonder of Your love.
Shield me with Thy unending care.

4. Keep me the apple of Your eye.
Guard me within Your winged shadow.
Oh how my enemies shall fly!
Your sword is great against the foe!

O God My Savior, how I love You!
